Quick Mushroom Pork Chops

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 4 min.
  3. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Add soup, milk, dressing and peas; mix well.
  5. Cook on medium-low heat 4 min.
  6. or until meat is done (145F), stirring occasionally.
  7. Remove from heat; let stand 3 min.
  8. Spoon meat mixture over hot rice; top with cheese.
