Melon Aqua Fresca
- 14 cups cubed melon, from 2 cantaloupes, honeydews, or crenshaws
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons mild honey
- Ice cubes
- Puree all the ingredients, except the ice, in a blender, in 2 batches, until smooth.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Pour into glasses filled with ice and serve.
