Calamari Schwarma
- 10 pita breads
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 470 ml Burger and Salad Dressing
- 2 kg crumbed calamari rings
- Fry calamari in a deep fryer at 180C for 4 minutes
- Lightly toast pita breads on flat grill or in nonstick pan
- Cut pita breads open
- Spread Seafood dressing in the pitta breads
- Add lettuce and tomato
- Finish with calamari rings
