Calamari Schwarma

  1. Fry calamari in a deep fryer at 180C for 4 minutes
  2. Lightly toast pita breads on flat grill or in nonstick pan
  3. Cut pita breads open
  4. Spread Seafood dressing in the pitta breads
  5. Add lettuce and tomato
  6. Finish with calamari rings
