Limoncello Fizz
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 ounces limoncello liqueur
- 2 ounces Chardonnay
- 1 cup ice
- 1 pasteurized egg white or equivalent egg white substitute
- 1 teaspoon gin
- Splash of club soda or seltzer
- 1 lemon twist
- 1.
- Place the thyme and limoncello in a glass and mash with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.

- Strain the limoncello and pour it into a blender along with the Chardonnay, ice, egg white and gin.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into a chilled glass and finish with a splash of club soda.
- Garnish with the remaining sprig of thyme and a twist of lemon.
- For recipes that call for eggs that are raw or undercooked when the dish is serve, Food Network Kitchens recommends using use shell eggs that have been treated to destroy Salmonella, by pasteurization or another approved method, or an equivalent egg white substitute.
