Broiled Pork and Pineapple
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 bone-in pork chops (3/4 lb./340 g), 1/2 inch thick
- 3 fresh pineapple rings (1/2 inch thick)
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Heat broiler.
- Mix dressing and syrup until blended; brush onto both sides of chops.
- Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Place pineapple rings next to chops; sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 6 to 8 min.
- or until chops are done (160F).
- Transfer chops to platter; cover to keep warm.
- Broil pineapple additional 4 to 6 min.
- or until slightly browned.
- Serve chops with pineapple.
