Slow-Cooker Pineapple Pork

  1. Combine meat and barbecue sauce in slow cooker.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
  3. Add reserved juice to cornstarch; stir until dissolved.
  4. Add to meat mixture; mix well.
  5. Top with pineapple chunks and peppers; cover with lid.
  6. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 5 hours).
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Sprinkle with nuts.
