Simple & Easy To Remember Udon Noodle Soup
- 400 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 dash less than 1 tablespoon Dashi stock
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil.
- Add 1 packet of preboiled udon noodles, and bring to a boil agin.
- Add some tororo konbu seaweed, sliced green onion or leek, simmered aburaage etc.
- as toppings and enjoy.
- Please refer tofor simmered aburaage.
- In the Kansai region, we have rice with udon.
- You can serve a rice bowl or onigiri rice balls with the udon, but if you serve inari sushi as the rice dish it becomes a lunch that both children and adults love.
- My inari sushi filling is very simple.
- I mix Sushinoko (a sushi rice seasoning powder) with plain rice to make the sushi rice, and just mix in some sesame seeds and red pickled ginger.
- They're easy, but they are amazingly good.
