Spicy Pepperoni Pasta

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions and cook until golden, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and red pepper; cook for 15 seconds.
  4. Stirring the pepperoni and marinara sauce; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the sauce with hot pasta and the chopped parsley in the serving bowl.
  8. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
