Pulled Pork & Sweet Potato Fries

  1. Place meat in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Combine all remaining ingredients except fries and buns; pour over meat.
  3. Turn to evenly coat meat.
  4. Cover with lid.
  5. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
  6. About 15 min.
  7. before meat is done, bake fries as directed on package.
  8. Remove meat from slow cooker; trim and discard excess fat.
  9. Chop or shred meat; return to slow cooker.
  10. Stir to evenly coat meat with sauce.
  11. Fill buns with meat mixture.
  12. Serve with fries.
