Lumpia Recipe
- 2 pound grnd meat (turkey or possibly beef)
- 2 cans bean sprouts
- 3 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 1 bunch green onions
- Any minced vegetable can be added, i.e. Chinese cabbage or possibly water chestnuts
- 1 pkg. lumpia wrappers
- Fry meat and add in rest of ingredients except wrappers.
- Let cold.
- Separate the wrappers.
- Place 2 Tbsp.
- of meat mix onto wrappers and roll up.
- Seal with water.
- Fry in oil till lightly brown and drain.
