Pinwheel Sausage Rolls Recipe

  1. Mix the first 3 ingredients and chill 1 hour.
  2. Divide dough into 4 parts, rolling each into a rectangle.
  3. Mix sausage, chilies and cheese together and spread 1/4 of which mix on a rectangle.
  4. Then roll in a jelly roll fashion as tight as possible.
  5. Repeat with other dough rectangles.
  6. These may be frzn and thawed about 1/2 hour before baking.
  7. Slice 1/3 inch thick and place on cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
