Yummy shrimp and mung beans skillet

  1. First: blanch your cabbage and your mung beans.
  2. During this time chop your carrots in thin slices and place them in a large skillet on low heat.
  3. Once the cabbage and the mung beans are ready put them in the skillet.
  4. Let it heat for 5min.
  5. Now add your shrimps and coriander and let it sit for 4 to 5 min on medium heat.
  6. Sprinkle some black pepper at the end.
  7. Serve it hot and Bon appetit !
