Yummy shrimp and mung beans skillet
- 200 grams shrimp
- 200 grams bean sprouts
- 150 grams carrots
- 100 grams green cabbage
- First: blanch your cabbage and your mung beans.
- During this time chop your carrots in thin slices and place them in a large skillet on low heat.
- Once the cabbage and the mung beans are ready put them in the skillet.
- Let it heat for 5min.
- Now add your shrimps and coriander and let it sit for 4 to 5 min on medium heat.
- Sprinkle some black pepper at the end.
- Serve it hot and Bon appetit !
