Vickys Strawberry 'Mousse'
- 400 grams can of full fat coconut milk, room temp
- 3 tbsp (or as required) Nesquick Strawberry Milkshake powder or Crusha Strawberry Milkshake liquid, both free-from
- 2 tbsp (heaped) strawberry jam
- Whisk the milk until well bubbled and airy
- Add the milkshake powder and jam and whisk again until fully incorporated
- Pour into old, clean 100g yogurt pots
- Let sit at the back of the fridge for 4 hours or until set
- Will keep well covered in the fridge for up to a week
