Vickys Strawberry 'Mousse'

  1. Whisk the milk until well bubbled and airy
  2. Add the milkshake powder and jam and whisk again until fully incorporated
  3. Pour into old, clean 100g yogurt pots
  4. Let sit at the back of the fridge for 4 hours or until set
  5. Will keep well covered in the fridge for up to a week
