Frozen Mousse Squares

  1. Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of plastic wrap-lined 9-inch square pan.
  2. Microwave 1-1/2 Toblerone bars on MEDIUM 1 min.
  3. or until melted.
  4. Beat cream cheese product in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  5. Gradually beat in milk.
  6. Blend in melted chocolate.
  7. Whisk in Cool Whip.
  8. Spoon over crust; cover.
  9. Freeze 6 hours.
  10. Chop remaining 1/2 chocolate bar; sprinkle over dessert.
  11. Use plastic wrap to remove dessert from pan before cutting to serve.
