The Best Caesar Salad Dressing
- 4 garlic cloves
- 34 teaspoon pepper
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 12 cup wine vinegar
- 3 drops Worcestershire sauce
- 1 raw egg
- 14 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 inch anchovy paste (from tube)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- Put everything into a food processor and blend, slowly adding the olive oil.
- Then add the parmesan cheese and blend a little bit more.
- Refrigerate a minimum of 30 mins before serving.
