Fluffy Nagaimo Yam and Tofu Gratin
- 1 Nagaimo yam
- 1 block Silken tofu
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cheese that melts
- 1 Mentsuyu
- Grate the yam.
- Wrap the tofu with a paper towel and microwave for 1 minute to remove the moisture.
- Combine the grated yam with the tofu from Step 2 and mash.
- Mix in the beaten egg.
- Flavor with mentsuyu.
- Top with cheese and keep your eye on it as it bakes for 20 minutes in a 200C oven.
