Linguine With Sun Dried Tomato Sauce

  1. In large skillet, heat oil from tomatoes.
  2. Add garlic and cook over medium heat.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, 5 minutes.
  5. Add cream and cook 5 minutes to blend flavors.
  6. Meanwhile cook pasta.
  7. Drain.
  8. Season sauce with pepper and stir in vinegar.
  9. Spoon over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
