Plum Delicious Lamb Kabobs Recipe

  1. Pit plums and sieve.
  2. Add in 1/4 c. of reserved syrup.
  3. Add in next 5 ingredients.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add in meat and marinate overnight.
  6. Skewer meat and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  7. Grill over warm coals, basting and turning till done.
  8. Add in remaining syrup to marinade and heat.
  9. Pour over meat.
  10. Serves 4-6 people.
