Plum Delicious Lamb Kabobs Recipe
- 1 (17 ounce.) can purple plums, liquid removed (reserve syrup)
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 2 pound lamb cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pit plums and sieve.
- Add in 1/4 c. of reserved syrup.
- Add in next 5 ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Add in meat and marinate overnight.
- Skewer meat and sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Grill over warm coals, basting and turning till done.
- Add in remaining syrup to marinade and heat.
- Pour over meat.
- Serves 4-6 people.
