Salty and Sweet Teriyaki Pork-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms

  1. Salt and pepper one side of the pork lightly and lay the enoki, divided into 6 equal parts, on them.
  2. Roll the enoki in the pork diagonally and coat lightly in katakuriko.
  3. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay the rolls in the pan with the end of the pork strip on the bottom.
  4. Fry the seam shut.
  5. Turn the rolls over occasionally so that they become an even, brown color.
  6. Mix the ingredients marked with and add them to the pan.
  7. Once the pork starts to look shiny, it's done.
