Salty and Sweet Teriyaki Pork-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms
- 3 or 6 slices Thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 packages Enoki mushrooms
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Shichimi spice
- Salt and pepper one side of the pork lightly and lay the enoki, divided into 6 equal parts, on them.
- Roll the enoki in the pork diagonally and coat lightly in katakuriko.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay the rolls in the pan with the end of the pork strip on the bottom.
- Fry the seam shut.
- Turn the rolls over occasionally so that they become an even, brown color.
- Mix the ingredients marked with and add them to the pan.
- Once the pork starts to look shiny, it's done.
- Please add shichimi spice, if you like.
- You can also makes these with carrots and bell peppers..
