Caviar with Pasta Filler

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
• 23 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest grated
• 8 ounces spaghetti thin, cooked al dente
• 2 ounces golden white-fish caviar

1. Melt the butter.
2. Add onion, and cook over a low heat for 1 minute.
3. Add cream and lemon peel.
4. Heat through; toss with pasta.
5. Turn out onto a heated platter.
6. Top with caviar.
