Pudding Cereal Squares

  1. Butter a 9 inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large saucepan, heat the pudding mix (dry), and corn syrup to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  4. Remove from the heat and blend in the peanut butter.
  5. Quickly stir in the cereal until evenly coated.
  6. Spread mixture evenly in pan with a buttered spoon.
  7. Cool until firm, about 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into 1-1/2 inch squares.
  9. Makes 36 squares.
