Fiesta Soup
- 1 (32 ounce) boxpacific natural foods organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup
- 1 (14 ounce) can Swanson chicken broth (33% less Sodium Version)
- 2 (10 ounce) cansrotel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
- 2 (12 ounce) cansgreen giant southwestern style corn
- 1 (12 1/2 ounce) cankirkland canned chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons dried chopped onions
- Heat Red Pepper and Tomato Soup in Pot.
- Stir in chicken broth, rotel, onions, and corn.
- Cook chicken in frying pan, minimal oil necessary.
- Heat to boil, add chicken.
- Serving Suggestion: 5 broken tortilla chips and a sprinkle of mexican shredded cheese.
