Chicken Tamales Recipe

• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 (4 ounce.) can taco sauce (1/2 c.)
• 1/3 c. sliced olives, black
• 1 teaspoon grnd cumin
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 c. coarsely minced, cooked chicken

1. Saute/fry onion in oil till clear; stir in remaining ingredients and set aside.
