Campfire Brownies

• 48 each chocolate cookies (3 inch)
• 1-1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (#12 scoop)
• 3 cups butterscotch ice cream topping
• 48 each OREO Brownie
• 1-1/2 qt. prepared DREAM WHIP Whipped Topping
• 2 Tbsp. red colored sugar
• 2 Tbsp. orange colored sugar

1. For each serving: Place 1 cookie on serving plate.
2. Top with 1/3 cup (#12 scoop) ice cream; drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
3. butterscotch topping.
4. Cut 1 brownie into 3 strips; arrange around topped cookie to resemble logs around campfire.
5. Top with 2 Tbsp.
6. whipped topping; sprinkle with 1/8 tsp.
7. of each colored sugar.
