Texas Chili Soup Recipe jmoles
- 1 (38.4 oz) package of Mama Lucia Turkey Meatballs
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 (14.5 oz) cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of no-bean chili
- 1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
- 1 (1.25 oz) packet of taco seasoning
- 1 (15 oz) can of black beans
- Chipotle Pepper Sauce to taste
- Shredded sharp cheese for topping
- In a large stockpot, saute onions in butter until translucent.
- Add diced tomatoes, chili, tomato sauce and taco seasoning.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Add black beans and Mama Lucia Meatballs, cook an additional 15 minutes.
- Stir in tabasco and serve.
- Top with shredded cheese.
