Chicken Noodle Casserole
- 2 can Cream of Chicken
- 2 can Cream of mushroom
- 1 Cooked chicken- shredded or diced
- 1 bag of egg noodles
- 1 Onion diced small
- 1/2 box Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp Milk or heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Ranch seasoning-optional
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning-optional
- 1 large Chicken broth- to boil noodles in. And save a few tsp's to put with soup mixture
- 1 can Small can cream of celery
- Preheat oven to 350.
- And then Boil noodles in chicken broth, and seasonings.
- In a separate pot, add cream cheese, once it's melted..add butter, milk/heavy cream, onion, soups, seasonings.
- I also added a few tsp's of chicken broth to this also.
- Once it's all heated up, add sour cream
- Spray baking pan with Pam, and layer noodles and pour soup mixture over it, and then sprinkle with cheeses on top.
- Also, you could just mix the cooked noodles with the soup mixture and pour in dish.
- Whichever you prefer.
- Bake at 350 for about 35-45 min
