Long White Radish and Arugula Salad
- 200 grams white radish grated finely
- 1 each scallions, spring or green onions chopped finely
- 1 cup arugula (roquette) leaves only, chopped
- 20 drops sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon pepperoni red, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar optionally
- 1 x salt and white pepper ground
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds dry fried
- 1 - Prepare radish, arugula, scallion, pepperoni.
- Toss them to a salad bowl.
- Add oil, juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Add sugar if desirable.
- Mix all together.
- Set aside for 10 minutes.
- 2 - Meanwhile fry sesame seeds for garnish.
