Mustard Roast Beef

  1. Mix all ingredients except the beef in a medium bowl.
  2. Spread on all surfaces of the meat.
  3. Place met on rack in roasting pan.
  4. Roast at 350 until thermometer reaches 140-160 degrees (medium to well done); 30-45 minutes.
