Steakhouse Chili

  1. In a Dutch oven or other large pan, add olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes, until onion just starts to brown.
  3. Add steak, and season with salt, pepper and Mrs.
  4. Dash.
  5. Cook, stirring occasionally to slightly brown all sides of the meat, about 5 minutes.
  6. Add vegetable juice, chili beans, ketchup, sugar, granulated garlic, chili powder and cumin.
  7. Stir until well blended.
  8. Lower heat to a low simmer.
  9. Stirring occasionally, cook for 1-2 hours until meat is fork tender.
  10. Serve with shredded cheese.
  11. Enjoy!
