Lentil Burgers

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide mixture into 8 burgers (about 7cm diameter).
  3. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.
  4. Cook burgers on both sides until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Repeat with remaining mixture.
  6. Serve either hot or cold in a bread roll with some lettuce, tomato and a cheese slice.
