Creole Pepper Sauce - 2

  1. Wash, deseed & cut up peppers.
  2. Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
  3. Boil for 20 minutes.
  4. when onion & pepper soft, pour into sterile jars.
  5. When cooled off lid and keep.

chili peppers, vinegar, mustard, onion, salt, olive oil
