Monkey Bread (Pecan Rolls) Recipe
- 1 pkg. frzn yeast rolls
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 c. pecan pcs
- Thaw rolls, cut into fourths.
- Place in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Heat butter and pour over rolls.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar and spread over rolls.
- Top with pecan pcs.
- Cover with wax paper and let rise at least 4 hrs.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- Invert onto platter after baking.
