Maple Brandy Squash Pie
- 1 cup squash, cooked
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon brandy extract
- uncooked 9 inch pie shell
- Combine squash, milk sugar, maple syrup, eggs, salt, nutmeg, and brandy extract; stir until smooth.
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 350F until fork comes our clean, about 45 minutes.
