Green Bean Casserole(Low-Fat And Sugar-Free)

  1. Thaw and drain spinach and green beans.
  2. Combine with onion, water, salt, garlic powder, basil, nutmeg and pepper.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat. Gradually stir vegetable mixture into beaten eggs; stir mixture well.
  5. Turn into an 8-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes (or bake until set).
  7. Place cheese on top; sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Bake for 2 to 3 minutes more before serving. Serves 8.
