Sweet and Sour Pork Wraps with Japanese Leeks
- 3 slice Thinly sliced pork loin
- 1 Japanese leek
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- Combine all condiments for the sauce.
- Chop the leek into about 10cm pieces.
- Wrap the leek diagonally with pork.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- Align the wraps with the rolled edges facing down.
- Roll them around and cook until brown.
- Pour in the sauce.
- Cook as you mix the meat with the sauce.
- Slice into bite-sizes and serve.
