Vegan fish & chips

  1. Dry the tofu with paper towels and cut into little cubes.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a plate.
  3. Gently roll the tofu pieces in the flour mix.
  4. Fry the tofu pieces in hot oil until light brown.
  5. Serve with potato fries and squeeze lemon on top.
