Corn Dip
- 2 cups grated American cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons picante sauce or 3 -4 tablespoons salsa
- 2 (8 ounce) cans corn mixed with chopped peppers, drained (Mexi-corn)
- 34 cup mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with chips.
