Lotus Root and Pork Stir-Fry With Sweet and Spicy Miso

  1. Peel the lotus root and slice thinly.
  2. Soak in a bowl of water.
  3. Cut the pork and cabbage into easy to eat pieces.
  4. Combine the ingredients.
  5. Put sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the pork, drained lotus root, and cabbage in that order.
  6. Add the ingredients, stir well to coat the ingredients, and the dish is done.
