Lotus Root and Pork Stir-Fry With Sweet and Spicy Miso
- 200 grams Thinly sliced pork offcuts
- 150 grams Lotus root
- 1/4 Cabbage
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Miso
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sake
- Peel the lotus root and slice thinly.
- Soak in a bowl of water.
- Cut the pork and cabbage into easy to eat pieces.
- Combine the ingredients.
- Put sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the pork, drained lotus root, and cabbage in that order.
- Add the ingredients, stir well to coat the ingredients, and the dish is done.
