Crispy Bananas With Cinnamon Chocolate Sauce

  1. Add 1 cup half and half and chocolate chips to a small saucepan, and melt together over low heat.
  2. Add cinnamon, stir well.
  3. Cut bananas into quarters.
  4. Beat egg with 1 tbsp half and half.
  5. Dredge bananas in flour, egg, and then panko crumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a wide skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry bananas just until crisp and lightly browned.
  8. Serve 1 banana in each dish, drizzled with chocolate sauce and topped with whipped cream.
