Luncheon Cooler Recipe

  1. Cut cantaloupes in half crosswise; remove seeds.
  2. Slice 1 peach and reserve for garnish.
  3. Dice remaining peach into large bowl.
  4. Add in next 4 ingredients and toss lightly; spoon into cantaloupe halves.
  5. Arrange reserved peaches around cantaloupe rim; top with scoop of lime sherbet.
  6. Garnish with extra blueberries.
