Carob/Choc. Chip Cookies

  1. Sift salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour together.
  2. Cream butter, turbo, eggs, and vanilla well.
  3. Mix dry into wet.
  4. Add oat flour.
  5. Fold until moist.
  6. Add carob/chocolate.
  7. Fold.
  8. Portion as desired on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake at 375F (190C) F for approximately 20 minutes.
  10. Temperature and cook time may need adjusting.
