Beef Continental Recipe

  1. In skillet, cook beef, mushrooms, onion and thyme in butter till onion is tender.
  2. Add in soup, water, parsley and bay leaf.
  3. Cover; cook over low heat for 20 min.
  4. Stir now and then.
  5. Remove bay leaf.
  6. Serve over noodles.
  7. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
