Baby Carrots With Ginger And Sage Butter Recipe

  1. Poach carrots in simmering water or possibly chicken broth till just tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat butter and add in brown sugar, ginger, lemon juice, salt, garlic and sage; then add in carrots and gently saute/fry 2 to 3 min to blend flavors.
