Sweet Cream Biscuits
- 2 cup biscuit baking mix
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Mix ingredients until dough forms.
- Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix.
- Gently roll to coat; shape into ball.
- Knead 10 times.
- Roll 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix.
- Bake on greased cookie sheet until golden, 10-12 minutes.
- 1 dozen biscuits.
