Zuppa Toscanini
- 2 packages Italian sausage
- 3 envelope bacon bits
- 2 bunch kale
- 3 cup heavy cream
- 1 each large onion
- 7 medium red skin potatoes
- 4 large spoons of minced garlic
- cook sausage(chopped) for about 15 mins
- in a large pot add your water, potatoes (cut into 4-6) , onions sliced, and garlic.
- cook until potatoes are tender.
- then add your bacon and sausage
- let cook for 10-15 minutes on med high.
- add kale (chopped) and cream.... DO NOT LET FOOD BOIL AT THIS POINT simmer for 10mins and enjoy
- if to saulty add water
