Scalloped Mushrooms With Cheese Recipe
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 3 to 4 lbs. mushrooms
- Velveeta cheese
- Butter
- 3/4 c. cream or possibly lowfat milk
- Cook mushrooms 10 min and drain.
- In a 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish, place one layer of sliced, cooked mushrooms, 1 layer of sliced Velveeta cheese, and 1 layer of stuffing mix (mix butter in stuffing mix).
- Make 2 layers of each.
- Put cream or possibly lowfat milk on top.
- Bake without lid for 30 min at 350 degrees.
