Cilantro Chicken Burgers
- 1 approx. 220 grams Ground chicken
- 1/4 block Firm tofu
- 1/4 Green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 stalk - (to taste) Cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 dash The juice from grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 1/2 Egg
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Lemon
- Here are the ingredients for this recipe.
- The tofu weighed 100 g before draining.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add the tofu, green onion and coriander, in that order, and mix well.
- Add the ingredients marked with , mix well, and shape into balls (this should make 8-12 patties.)
- Add some vegetable oil to a frying pan and cook the burgers until browned and cooked through to the middle and they're done.
- Squeeze over some lemon juice as a finishing touch.
- If the taste is a bit thin for you, then try seasoning with some salt, ponzu or fish sauce.
