Cocoa Scones Made with Olive Oil

  1. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl, add the cocoa and mix well.
  2. Mix the egg and milk together, and then stir into the bowl from step 1 in small batches.
  3. Mix in the olive oil and coconut, and bring the dough together.
  4. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and stretch out to a 2 cm thickness by hand or with a rolling pin.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  6. Cut out shapes with a cutter, place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, bake for 15 minutes, and they're done!
  7. I used Swiss Miss sweetened cocoa.
