Peppers Stuffed With Macaroni & Ham Recipe

  1. Cut peppers in half and remove stems and seeds.
  2. Boil 10 min in salted water.
  3. Drain and place in large, flat baking dish.
  4. Combine macaroni, ham and crumbs.
  5. Add in half the cheese and half the tomato sauce-water mix.
  6. Stir well and spoon into pepper halves.
  7. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and drizzle on the remaining tomato sauce and water mix.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake 30 min, remove foil and bake 30 min longer.
