Maple Old-Fashioned

  1. Pour the maple syrup into an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Saturate with bitters, then squeeze in juice from 1 orange wedge and 1 lemon wedge.
  3. Add remaining wedges, press with a pestle, add bourbon and stir well.
  4. Add ice cubes, fill with sparkling water and stir again.
  5. Pour, and garnish with a cherry.
